tx999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

👤Eligibility Requirements

To register and use tx999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tx999 does not permit access by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances, including persons who may be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if that age is below 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other party.
• You must not reside in or access the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where tx999 is specifically restricted by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

📱Account Registration

Each eligible person may register a maximum of one (1) account with tx999. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You may not register more than one account, regardless of whether you use different names, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods. tx999 employs technical and operational controls to detect duplicate accounts and will close any duplicate found, retaining all balances as a penalty for abuse.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.
• tx999 reserves the right to close any account at any time with or without notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that these Terms have been breached, that suspicious activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

🔐Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. tx999 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact tx999 support immediately. tx999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication as an additional layer of security.

💰Deposit Policy

tx999 accepts deposits through the following channels. All deposit amounts are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Minimum deposit via mobile wallet is ৳100. Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your tx999 account balance upon confirmation of the transfer.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other major Bangladesh banks. Bank deposit processing times are subject to the policies of the sending institution and may take longer than mobile wallet deposits.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted subject to the card issuer's terms and any applicable international transaction fees. tx999 does not charge a deposit fee on card payments, but your card issuer may apply fees independently.
• tx999 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment account used for deposit must match the name on your tx999 account. Deposits from accounts held in another person's name will be declined and returned.

🏦Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions. tx999 processes all withdrawal requests in good faith and aims to settle eligible withdrawals promptly, subject to verification requirements:

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering control and cannot be waived. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, tx999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by providing a valid government-issued ID. This verification is a one-time requirement for new accounts and may also be triggered by withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds.
• Balances accrued through fraudulent activity, exploitation of errors, or bonus abuse are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided. tx999 reserves the right to conduct an audit of account activity before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual.

📜General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional offer. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus balances being voided.
• Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the account holder to whom they are offered. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and may not be claimed by a player using a secondary account to circumvent promotional eligibility restrictions.
• tx999 reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account prior to such amendment or cancellation, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall continue to apply to that specific bonus.
• Players who are identified as having systematically exploited bonuses — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee extraction of bonus value without genuine play — will have their bonus balances voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

🏏Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting on tx999, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi and all other sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement unless specifically stated in the relevant market's terms. In-play bets are processed in real time and are accepted at the prevailing odds at the moment of bet placement.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, tx999 will apply standard industry settlement rules. For cricket, if a match is abandoned due to weather or other external circumstances after a minimum number of overs have been bowled, the result will be determined according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable, or the market will be voided where no result can be determined.
• tx999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account. tx999 will not honour bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous, regardless of whether the outcome would have been a winning or losing result.

🎰Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on tx999 are provided by licensed third-party game developers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. RTP percentages for each game reflect independently verified long-run return rates. tx999 does not alter the game mechanics, payout logic, or RNG certification of any third-party game. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the game provider's server, the server record shall be definitive.

🚫Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, exploiting known software vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of cheating.

• Registering more than one account, including registering under another person's name or identity, whether with or without that person's consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward tx999 staff or other players, including via the platform's live chat or any other communication channel.

🛡️Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Session time limits: you may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will log you out automatically. This tool is intended to help players who find it difficult to disengage from play naturally.
• Self-exclusion: you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the tx999 platform by contacting support. A temporary exclusion can be set for a period of between 24 hours and 12 months. A permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to open a new account.
